Log into your Tenant Portal to Submit a Maintenance Request:
If your request is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call the office.
If it is after hours, please follow the directions for the emergency maintenance hotline.
If this is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
We contract out all maintenance repairs. When you issue a work order, we will submit it to one of our trusted vendors who will contact you directly to schedule a service call.
If there is a water leak or broken pipe, please turn off the water and call the office immediately to avoid any water damage.
If an appliance is in need of repair, please include the make, model, and serial number.
Repair for damage caused by tenant negligence or misuse is the responsibility of the tenant. In such cases, repairs will be made, and tenants will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. This includes tenant caused damages and plumbing stoppages.
Light bulb and battery replacements are the responsibility of the tenant.
